ConvexityShares Trust and ConvexityShares, LLC ("the Funds") are committed to respecting the privacy of personal information you entrust to us in the course of doing business.

The information we collect about you

The Funds collect non-public personal information from various sources. For instance, account applications may include name address and social security number. The Funds receive information from transactions in your accounts, including account balances, and from correspondence between you and the Funds or third parties, such as the Funds' service providers. The Funds use such information provided by you or your representative to process transactions, to respond to inquiries from you, to deliver reports, products, and services, and to fulﬁll legal and regulatory requirements.

In addition, our website uses "cookies" and other similar technology to help us measure and track visitors to the website and to collect certain technical and navigational information, such as browser type, internet protocol address, pages visited and time on site. This information may be used to help us serve you better by improving website design and functionality, and it may be used to help us provide customized services and information to you (e.g., we may use information about your visits to help target advertisements for products and services available from the Funds). The use of cookies and like technologies is common practice on the internet and many browsers are initially conﬁgured to accept cookies automatically. You can conﬁgure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, notify you when a cookie is set, or delete cookies that have already been set. We may also use third party advertising companies (e.g., Google) to serve online ads for the Funds to you on our behalf based on your visits to our and other websites. These ads may appear on a wide variety of websites, which have no aﬃliation with the Funds. We neither collect nor share any personally identiﬁable information with these advertising companies or websites and they neither collect nor share personally identiﬁable information with the Funds. Third party advertising companies may use cookies and other similar technologies to measure and improve the eﬀectiveness of advertising for their clients, including the Funds. To do so, these companies may collect and use limited technical and other anonymous information about your browsing activity, potentially including: date/time the ad is shown, cookies, IP address information, browser and device information, etc. You may opt-out of receiving third-party served advertisements by visiting Google's Ads Settings and by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page.

Google Analytics

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date that you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. How we handle your personal information

The Funds do not disclose any non-public personal information about their customers to anyone unless permitted by law or approved by the customer. The Funds may share information with certain third parties who are not aﬃliated with ConvexityShares to process or service a transaction at your request or as permitted by law. For example, sharing information with non-aﬃliated third parties that maintain or service customer accounts for the Funds is essential. The Funds may also share information with companies that perform administrative or marketing services for the Funds including research ﬁrms. When the Funds enter into such a relationship, such third parties' use of customers' information is restricted and they are prohibited from sharing it or using it for any purposes other than those for which they were hired. The Funds also require service providers to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard non-public personal information of customers of the Funds.

How we safeguard your personal information

The Funds maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Within the Funds, access to personal information is restricted to those employees who require access to that information in order to provide products or services to our customers such as processing transactions and handling inquiries. The Funds' employment policies restrict the use of customer information and require that it be held in strict conﬁdence.

The Funds will adhere to the policies and practices described in this notice for both current and former customers of the Funds.

This Privacy Policy applies to the ConvexityShares, LLC and ConvexityShares Trust family of funds.

Important Information

An investor should only consider an investment in a Fund if he or she understands the consequences of seeking exposure to SPIKES futures contracts. The Funds are benchmarked to the T3 SPIKE Front 2 Futures Index (the “SPIKES Futures Short-Term Index”); the Funds are not benchmarked to the SPIKES Volatility Index.

The use of leverage present significant risks not applicable to other types of funds and may be illiquid and/or highly volatile. They seek daily goals and should not be expected to track the underlying index over periods longer than one day. The funds are not suitable for all investors and should only consider an investment in the funds if he or she understands the consequences of seeking daily leveraged results and the impact of compounding and who intends to actively monitor their investments.

The SPIKES Futures Short-Term Index consists of short-term SPIKES Futures contracts. As such, the performance of the Index can be expected to be very different from the actual volatility of SPY or the performance of the SPIKES Volatility Index. As a result, the performance of the Funds also can be expected to be very different from the actual volatility of SPY or the performance of the SPIKES Volatility Index, or the performance of one-and-a-half times (1.5x) of the actual volatility of SPY or the performance of one-and-a-half times (1.5x) the SPIKES Volatility Index. Nonetheless, the Index and the Funds would be expected to underperform in less volatile markets than in more volatile markets. If the Index declines by more than 66.67% on a given trading day, the Leveraged Fund’s investors would lose all of their money. This would be the case with any such single day movements in the Index, even if the Index maintains a level greater than zero at all times.

Unlike certain other asset classes that, in general, have historically increased in price over long periods of time, the volatility of SPY as measured by the SPIKES Volatility Index has historically reverted to a long-term average level over time. This means that the potential upside of an investment in a Fund may be limited. In addition, gains, if any, may be subject to significant and unexpected reversals. Investors holding Shares of the Funds beyond short-term periods have an increased risk of losing all or a substantial portion of their investment. The Funds generally are intended to be used only for short-term investment horizons. Shareholders who invest in the Funds should actively manage and monitor their investments, as frequently as daily.

In the event that the MGEX (Minneapolis Grain Exchange) Order is deemed unlawful, the SPIKES futures contracts could be deemed to be “securities” and fall within the definition under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Futures may be affected by Backwardation: a market condition in which a futures price is lower in the distant delivery months than in the near delivery months. As a result, the fund may benefit because it would be selling more expensive contracts and buying less expensive ones on an ongoing basis; and Contango: A condition in which distant delivery prices for futures exceeds spot prices, often due to costs of storing and inuring the underlying commodity. Opposite of backwardation. As a result, the Fund’s total return may be lower than might otherwise be the case because it would be selling less expensive contracts and buying more expensive ones.

Daily compounding of the Leveraged Fund’s investment returns can dramatically and adversely affect its long-term performance, especially during periods of high volatility. Volatility has a negative impact on a Fund’s performance and may be at least as important to the Fund’s return for a period as the return of the Fund’s underlying Index. An investor in any of the funds could potentially lose the full principal value of his/her investment within a single day.
