Dr. Leila Heckman is currently Head of the Innova team for DCM Advisors. In addition, she leads an independent research subscription and advisory business, Heckman Global Advisors, a division of DCM Advisors. Previously, Dr. Heckman led the International Equity teams at Lebenthal Asset Management and Bear Stearns Asset Management. She was also a Senior Managing Director of Global Asset Allocation at Citigroup Smith Barney. Dr. Heckman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Dr. Chopra is a Senior Portfolio Manager in Innova group. Previously, Dr. Chopra managed equity strategies at Lebenthal Asset Management, Roosevelt Investments, Mesirow Financial, Bear Stearns Asset Management, and was a Managing Partner at VKC Investments. He has also served as Portfolio Manager with Jacob Levy Equity Management, Deutsche Asset Management, State Street Global Advisors, Bankers Trust Company, and as a Senior Research Analyst with Frank Russell Company.

Eugene Kharakh joined DCM Advisors in October 2021 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Mr. Kharakh previously worked at an investigative and law firm where he handled financial and accounting operations. Prior to that Mr. Kharakh has consulted for banks and other financial institutions handling back office, data management, and financial reporting functions.
